At this point we have celebrated Mom's birthday in June, thanks to my godmother and one of Mom's close friends.  That's the birthday girl!  It was a lovely dinner in Atlantic Beach and then we decided to cook in the next night and Marg showed us her delectable catering qualities that made for quite coastal meal at the house.  Mom loved it!
There have also of course been more showers for Collins and Alex.  There was so much going on that by the time presents were opened and I recorded the info, I left before I could take any pictures.  But it was a shower catering to different rooms of their home.

The celebrations of the bride's last single weekend with the girls has also taken place which was just a couple of weekends ago in Nags Head.  Good group, fun times!

And since all of this has been going on, I have been traveling a bit between home and Wilmington to help prepare for the wedding which is just around the corner from now, July 30th.  I just finished with her Rehearsal bouquet this morning and felt that it was something to show.  She had some beautiful ribbons to work with to make this happen.  I have also been working on some paintings for her which are back in Wilmington and will get those posted when I return there this week.
